On soulsplit get high enough summoing lvl for spirit graahk and get around 200k-300k rune ess (depending on mode) and use your graahk to tele you to each altar then tele back to neiznot using him and you can do a run of runes in maybe 30secs

Simple, buy rune ess, go to south neit, talk to some guy (forget his name lol) he'll tele you to an alter of your choice, and bam, your training runecrafting!

its been updated like the real runescape now you have to talk to the zammy dude in edge wildy and he teleports you to the abyss

Its been made even harder great job. I didn't like runecrafting and i totally hate it now, never gonna do it unless i need to or when i want all skills 99 *sigh*
